Red, yellow, blue? That’s just the beginning.

In Painting Studio, students will dive deep into the world of color and creativity, learning how to mix any shade imaginable, explore texture, and experiment with a wide range of painting techniques using watercolor and acrylic mediums.

Through playful, hands-on exploration, students will learn the fundamentals of color theory, how to create depth with value, and how to use line, shape, and form to bring their visions to life. They'll gain the artistic tools and confidence to turn ideas into expressive works of art.

Inspired by master painters like John Singer Sargent, Wassily Kandinsky, Claude Monet, and Mark Rothko, students will discover different styles, brushwork, and emotional expression in art history, then apply those influences to their own unique creations.

Whether they’re layering paints, blending gradients, experimenting with textures, or creating abstract compositions, students will develop both technical skills and artistic voice. Painting Studio is where imagination meets technique, and where every brushstroke tells a story.
