Brick Builders Challenge program engages students in hands-on learning through exciting robotics challenges and real-world problem solving. Students work in teams to design, build, and program LEGO® robots while exploring different themes that connect science, technology, and innovation. Along the way, they develop teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking skills in a fun, supportive environment. This program will help students become confident learners and future leaders in STEAM.
Brick Builders Challenge
Natalia Soberanes is a bilingual advocate with experience in workforce development, education, and nonprofit leadership. As Program Manager at the Education Foundation of Osceola County, she leads volunteer coordination, career readiness programs, and fundraising to support students districtwide.
A Disney Legacy Award recipient, Natalia began her career as a trainer at Walt Disney World. She now mentors students, supports adult literacy, and promotes STEAM through her volunteer work. She holds a Master’s in Strategic HR Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from UCF. Driven by a belief in education as a path to opportunity, Natalia works to empower others through learning.
