We’re excited to share more details about our therapy and intervention services available to students at Developing Minds Learning Center.
This information will give you an idea on the services we offer. Please note that we will develop a tailored service plan based on each individual child and family’s needs.
SPEECH AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
These services will be provided through the pediatric private practice, Noonie & Bubs Pediatric Therapy, directed by Co-Founder, Dominique Jones, M.S., CCC-SLP. They are honored to support your child’s communication and developmental needs in a setting that is familiar, convenient, and focused on growth.
Services are provided directly through their practice and are not billed through insurance or Developing Minds Learning Center. Once your child’s needs are determined, they will help you set up payment and service plans accordingly.
General Rate Breakdown:
Individual Session
(30 min): $70
Whole Group Support (30 min): $15
Small Group Session (45 min): $50
Our goal is to provide a well-rounded therapy plan, which would include:

1 individual session per week

1 group session per week

1 whole group support session per week
Approximately $540 per month.
Evaluation Options:
• Screeners (Speech, Language, OT): Free
• Full Evaluation: $250
• Record Review (if your child already has a current evaluation): $150
Payment Options:
• Credit Card
• Step Up for Students (Unique Abilities Scholarship)
• HSA/FSA cards
• Superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement
• United Healthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) Grant – Families may apply, if a denial letter is received from your insurance provider. Link below provided for more details.
Please note that if your child receives multiple services, our team will collaborate closely to create a comprehensive plan that best meets their individual needs.
BUILDING LEARNING
We’re excited to share more details about the academic support services available to students at Developing Minds Learning Center through our partnership with Building Learning Intervention. We are dedicated to providing high-quality evaluations and targeted intervention for children experiencing academic challenges, all within a setting that is familiar, convenient, and focused on student success.
Please note that services provided directly through Building Learning Intervention will be billed by Developing Minds Learning Center. Once your child’s needs are identified, the team will assist you in setting up payment and service plans accordingly.
General Rate Breakdown:
Individual Session
(45 min):
$90 per session
Small Group Session
(60 min):
$65 per session

Building Learning Evaluation Options:
1. The Building Blocks Evaluation: Younger students (ages 4–7) or when a focused screener is needed.
Includes:

Core academic skills check (early literacy, numeracy)

Phonological awareness and basic processing

Visual-motor integration

Memory and Learning profile
Outcome: Parent-friendly report + recommendations within 7–10 business days.
Full evaluation: $450
Record Review and any assessment needed: $300
2. The Core Profile Assessment: Students struggling in reading, writing, or math (ages 7–12).
Includes:

In-depth academic achievement testing

Cognitive processing (memory, attention, auditory/visual processing)

Phonological awareness and decoding

Executive Functions
-
Sustained attention and working memory
Outcome: Full written report 7 - 10 business days, personalized intervention plan, and feedback session.
Full evaluation: $575
Record Review and assessments as needed: $300
How It Works
Initial Consultation
The examiner receives all information regarding the student and can have a 20 minute call with parents to go over details.
Assessment Sessions
Scheduling with your child the two sessions of evaluation via link. The specialist meets with the student in 2 sessions of 2 hours each. If more sessions are needed for evaluation, no additional charge will be added.
